Next workshop: Connecting to the Land, Connecting to Ourselves, Sunday, 8/1

Hello!

I’m flying on a plane tomorrow for the first time since the pandemonium began. I’m going to celebrate a dear friend’s bachelorette party, so there won’t be a public post this week.

BUT, we do have another workshop coming for any of you who are in The Healing Hype membership.

I’m really excited about this workshop. One of the biggest realizations I’ve made on this journey is that I have been so disconnected from my body. I realized this because I finally started to connect with my body in intentional ways. But what was even more incredible was how my body felt when I connected with the land around me.

I know this all sounds pretty abstract, and I want to talk to you more about it! That’s what we will be discussing in this workshop:

1. How has white supremacy and capitalism disconnected us?

2. What does it mean to reconnect with our body?

3. What does it mean to reconnect with the land?

4. How do we honor the Indigenous Peoples who were the caretakers of the land?

5. How can we connect to our body more by also connecting with the land?

We are not just part of the Earth, WE ARE THE EARTH. We are not separate. So let’s talk about it.

This will be on Sunday, August 1 at 10am PST/1pm EST. It will be around 2 hours and it will be recorded. I hope to see you there!
