Transcript: So I was just thinking about a post I made the other day. That was actually a tweet and I talked about, you know, grief opens up space for birth. And it made me think about how I often want to, you know, not make people feel like they have to constantly grieve forever but honestly, sometimes grief is a forever thing depending on what you are grieving or who you are grieving. And I think it's really important to allow ourselves to sit with that. But also know that while we are in that grief, there are things that are probably breathing around us that we may just not see because we are very much in our grief. And while I think it's super important for us to feel our feelings and sit with our feelings, because that can really open up things for us. I also think it's really important to think about what else is happening because while we're having our grief, there are so many other processes probably having in our body. There are so many processes happening in our lives. So how is that grief transmuting into other things while it continues and while it is iterative in some type of way. So that's what's coming to me right now. Again, not a fully formed thought. That's what Nisha’s greatest hits are not fully formed, but just an idea about how grief and birth are very much simultaneous processes.
